Very itchy, sore and red vulva what could it be ? (Pics incl)

I have had this problem for a year now, my doctors have not taken me seriously. My vulva is very itchy, it also becomes very red and swollen and it has vertical cuts. It happens most of my cycle (minus a week or so). I also get thick white discharge. Sex hurts, it usually ends with the area between my vagina and anus being torn. Shaving hurts too. This problem making me so depressed, what could it be? imageimage

Olanaha. It sounds like a yeast infection, especially as you mention a thick white discharge. Dont know where you are in the world, but do try and get some Canesten ointment and pessary from your chemist/pharmacy. You should be able to buy this easily. Thrush is a very common problem.
