Very itchy vulba/ frequent urination

The area around my vagina, or vulba has been very itchy for the past 2-3 weeks, at first I thought it was just long pubic hair but yesterday I looked at it and it looks quite irritated, I also started scratching a lot and it looks like I cut myself and now I have a cut which makes peeing super painful ~

I have white/yellow-ish discharge but it doesn't smell bad, aside from this, I have to pee frequently.

No warts or anything weird, just itchy irritated skin, odorless white or yellow discharge and frequent urination. Could it be just a yeast infection/candida?
