Very mild pain behind right testicle on and off for a week.

So Ive had some very mild pain in the right side of my groin/behind my testicle on and off for about a week. Probably maximum of about a 3 out of 10 on the pain scale, almost able to ignore it when it happens. It went away for a day or two in the middle of the week and then slowly started to ache again over the course of a couple days. No swelling or other symptoms but the mild ache/pain behind the right testicle, although the muscle felt somewhat tense and the ball was hanging higher then the other for about an hour the other day. Unable to tell if its the testicle itself or the muscle behind it effecting the nerves. Im fairly active with a job that requires me to pick up heavy things from low on the ground and I play drums and walk most places so I thought its probably a muscle strain or something but wanted to hear some other opinions on if i should wait to see how it plays out/treat it like a pulled groin or go to a walk in clinic(healthcare is slightly difficult for me to access) Thanks for reading!

I had almost the exact same symptoms. Go see a Dr. - turns out I had Epididymitis. When self diagnosing I thought there was no chance, as the internet says most of the cases are from STDs (been faithfully married 10 years). Turns out you can get it for a multitude of reasons. Anyways, I went on antibiotics for 2 weeks and everything cleared up.
