Hi all,

I am at my whits end, after a year of hell (constant gasritis/malfunctioning gallbladder, severe reflux, now oesophagus so unhappy I am experiencing tennis ball type feeling in my back all the time plus heart attack symptoms) - has anyone out there had there gallbladder removed and reflux issue dealt with at the same time?? My surgeon has done all the tests and I had the 24hr motility test done last week.  Now the time is approaching for the surgery I am becoming scared. although I am desperate to get my life back (suffered reflux for over ten years) I am dreading it, any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.

I feel as If I am having a heart attack accompanied with shortness of breath and palpatations. The palpatations also feel like there in my esophagus. If I lay down it's worse, if I'm moving around and walking, the symptoms subside

I know how you feel tata, it is really awful especially as most of this things come on in the middle of the night, I am often woken up by symptoms of heart attack which is really scary.  Are you under any investigation?  like I said I am awaiting surgery for both my gallbladder removal and sorting out my reflux, hopefully it will change my life but I am now very nervous!!! All the very best.
