Very scared I may have an STD, what is this?

this morning i woke up and the left side of my labia was swollen and hurt and it still is! i took a closer look and saw these white dots and could feel a painful bump. I'm a 20 year old female and am very embarrassed right now. i have not been sexually active with anyone in since August 2019 and didnt use any protection and i later found out he sleeps around a lot. I feel so ashamed right now and i'm scared to bring up to my family that i may need to get tested

Dear kierra,

There are two spotty areas in the photo that are collections of sebaceous (oil) glands, Fordyce spots, and they are entirely normal. I can't see any suspicious lumps or bumps apart from these.
