Hi guys im so very scared I noticed on my right inner thigh that looks like my skin is peeling like “chub rub” and today I looked with a mirror at that inner thigh and I have something that looks like a boil OMG IM SO SCARED. I have been wearing period pads since Sunday and that is when I noticed the skin peeling/ burning on my inner thigh but Im thinking its an std/ hiv and I want to google the symptoms of stds but I kno im going to get so scared if I do... I cant look into my lady parts or discharge bc of my menstruation.... Im literally having a hot flash right now bc of how terrified I am and want to cry. Dr has tested me for stds like chlamydia n ghonnorea I believe n it was negative but that was about 2 mnths ago and now Im thinking my bf that Ive been with for a year I have never found no evidence of him cheating on me but my health anxiety makes me believe he has something &  gave me something and I do not want to acusse him anymore omg or what if I gave him something??

Stacey, pls do a full std test including hsv 1&2 and hiv 1&2. If the result is negative, then it is a fact and you should not worry more. No matter how scared you are, you must take the test. Seeing your post, you are under extreme stress now. I have seen you posting worried message for quite a few times. If you continue like this, it will cause serious mental breakdown. Go do the test now. Dont convince yourself you are infected until you see the results .god bless.

Thank you Peter I believe I was tested for ghonorea and chlymidia I believe so Im trying to rmbr but It came out negative but all I rmbr my doctor saying was an std screening ? They used my urine but I dont rmbr which stds in specific I lost the paper ughh

No, std screening should include all stds . I think there Bacterial STIs include chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Viral STIs include genital herpes HSV 1 and 2, HIV 1 and 2, and genital warts HPV. Parasitic STIs include trichomoniasis. Test all of them.

They are blood test. Not urine test ! Some require both blood test and vaginal discharge test.

If you are positive with the bacterial std, they are curable by eating antibiotics. If you are positive with the viral std, they are not curable but can be controlled by medicine.

Many people have had HIV anxiety because they had unprotected sex with a suspicious partner. If your std tests turn out negative, then dont worry again. And dont risk yourself with unprotected sex again. If your std tests turn out positive, then there are medicine to control them. Let us know the test result. God bless.

Well Stacey since u say u are on your cycle your pad can be irritating your skin I'm no doctor of course lol but your actual genital area should let you know if you have some sort of sti or something not your inner thigh.. sometimes my pad irritates my butt to where once I finish with my cycle my skin be peeling as well all I can say is keep clean and change frequently and see if that helps wearing a pad too long can irritate u.. hope this helps but still get checked out if your worried.. getting a positive feedback will help your anxiety but I think your just irritated from the pad

If u have some sort of std your body and vagina will tell u rather it burns to pee or it's just burning in general or to u have a lot of bumps in or all around your vagina and your body will let you know something is not right 9 times out of 10

ANd love if your that paranoid about a disease please practice safe sex to avoid that and that way if u do get worried u can rule out a std because u have been having safe sex
