Very Scared of brain tumor please help

I've been a hypochondriac my whole life. Always been scared of a brain tumor. Get extremely scared when people talk about it or see it. I have sinusitis and i'm getting surgery in 2 weeks for that so maybe that may be it. 

One day i just felt really lightheaded and in a dream and i've felt that way ever since. I have frequent headaches, eye pain, eyes really cant seem to focus. Main worry's are feeling out of it and extreme fatigue maybe due to sinus trouble i don't know. I just wish i could stop worrying i never really seem to relax. I'm a 17 year old male healthy play basketball everyday. If someone could help me with this i would really appericate it thank you..
