Very small single red bump/spot on head of penis.

hello all, 22 year old here curious to know if anyone knows whats going on with the tip of my penis and if i should be alarmed. I have had unprotected sex within the past 2 weeks twice but not in the last week & me and my partner are both clean of all diseases. I noticed the spot about a few days after we had sex. Its a " single very small raised red bump" Im not in any pain at all and its not affecting me in anyway or spreading but Im concerned. Any ideas? thanks

I have similar rash since 4 months (no pain, no itching )on exact same spot but a little bigger.

Recently I figured out it is because of urinary tract infection, as those medications are working for me as the rash has become a little faint now.

you should Try anti-fungal cream first, n see if it changes.

I will write detailed answer of my solution, when it's completely resolved.

Your penile skin looks dry n looking like its peeling off.

does it always looks like that?

nope, ive actually been keeping it dry intentionally to maybe avoid infection or putting anything on it, I also took those pictures when i got out of the shower and dried really well so thats probs why. Woke up today and heres how it looks? image
