Very strange things happen during sleep, also lucid type dreams, brain zaps, sleep paralysis etc

I frequently get 'brain zaps' as I'm drifting off to sleep, the feeling of electricity being pulsed through my body multiple times in a row. It's quite subtle but it's getting stronger and more uncomfortable. I also get 'Alice in Wonderland syndrome' I think it's called... where I feel as if I'm shrinking and then suddenly growing massive, or the feeling of floating etc . And I sometimes get sleep paralysis when I sleep on my back.
I also get very vivid dreams, I can physically feel things, taste things etc. Sometimes things in my dreams wake me up, like screaming and shouting downstairs, or the light being turned on... But none of it is real. And every time I dream like this, the dream always take place in my bedroom. Last night I was flying around my room and I could feel the motion of it, the time before I was being rolled out of bed and pulled up the wall and again, I could physically feel it. And it feels so real because I'm dreaming I'm in my bed whilst it's happening. Sometimes I think I know I'm dreaming and I wake myself up.
Does anyone else have dreams like this? I've searched the internet so much and I cant find anything! It's so frustrating! (I've also been diagnosed with epilepsy & have nocturnal seizures, but not since being on medication)

When I was young (between 7 and 9) I used to experience the same expanding/contracting sensation. Sometimes, I felt like I was too big for my bedroom and my body would soon be pressed against the ceiling.
I also regularly experience vivid dreams and have actually got out of bed to deal with a situation, only to suddenly realise I am dreaming and I wake-up, realise that I was dreaming and that, no, I don't need to go and get someone to help me rescue the person trapped behind my wall who has been shouting for help...
I could detail several incidents. My gf sometimes gets fed up with me as I often thrash about and recently I elbowed her quite hard. I was dreaming and was defending myself against this guy and elbowed him to keep him away, only to be woken up by 'For f***s sake, Mark!'
I came to this forum looking for help with this. When I saw your post it resonated with me.
