Very swollen foreskin, huge lump on shaft possible Lymphocele

So basically my penis was his normal happy self on Saturday, I have a had a medium sized lump on the left hand side of my penis shaft which has been there for about 20 years which the doctor has confirmed is not uncommon

Masturbated on Sunday for a fairly long period near to the end of session felt a bit of pain in my penis which I didn't think too much of although it felt a bit different to a tear in the skin of the penis that I have occasionally had previously.

Later that evening urinating seemed slightly painful. By Monday my foreskin when my penis when flacid has swollen up like crazy that I struggled to pull back the foreskin as I usually do this before I urinate. The left hand side of my penis has got a huge lump its taking up most of that side of my penis.

I have searched the internet high and low and the only thing it sounds like is a Lymphocele although can't see any photos out there that come close to the foreskin thing

I've attached some photos although it doesnt really give the full impact of the lump.

My Penis is felling quite sore/tender
