Very unwell after cortisone injection

I have a very painful FAI in my right hip and my Orthopedic surgeon advised me to have a cortisone injection in my tendon to see if it helps my pain.

This morning I had the injection.  It was ultrasound guided and done by a tech/radiographer?

About 10 min after the injection, I started to feel extremely nauseous, had horrible abdominal pain and my legs and toes started cramping. I was also feeling quite disorientated and light headed.

It’s been 3 hours and I’m still in pain and feeling super ill. I’ve vomited and now I’m just dry heaving.

What should I do? The tech/radiographer didn’t seem too worried.

Is it likely connected to my injection? Or just a coincidental stomach bug?
