can someone help me identify the problem? im pregnant and its only been happening for 4 days .. i have like a super uncomfortable itch in my vagina AND theres little white spot? am i sick? like an std 😖😖😖

i tried posting a picture in comments its being moderated or what ever but legit when i hold myself open and take a picture theres white spot inside my vagina on ... not on the walls or anything but the small ball of the opening of the vagina.. im sorry i dont know the terms of what it is down there ðŸ˜ðŸ˜°ðŸ˜°
