Very weird

Hey guys usually I know when I have a panic attack is very obvious. But I think I'm having a very subtle one, my heart is racing but instead the sides of my head have sort of tightened like I'm wearing a rubber band and its freaking me out bad. And feels when you turn pressure in the bottom right and left of the head. Cheeks feel tingly when touching. Had this when paramedics were over they said it was an attack and this feels similar. I hope not dying of something cause it's freaking me out and my hands are shaky like crazy is this a panic attack but just with different symptoms cause mine range all the time.

I'm calmed now but I keep getting pain in the top right of my head. I really hope it was an anxiety attack, I'm just extremely scared, like where the pressure was there is pain is this normal

Talk to your GP if you have had the paramedics out, the Doctor will want to know what the attack was
