Very white nails with red bands

Hello, I'm a 25 year old male with no health issues. However, over the years, I have developed very white nails with red bands at the end and white spots on the nails. I am confused as this condition, Terry's nails, is associated with the elderly and those with liver issues. Thanks

Terrys nails can be linked to liver problems and another similar condition called Lindsays nails can be linked to kidney problems, but you can also have this appearance on your nails and be perfectly healthy.

If you feel perfectly Ok then probably you fine, but maybe mention your concerns to your doctor or dermatologist.
