very worried about my kindeys and stupidity

I was very stupid and took 10 g (5 x 2g slow release) 10,000 mg of Vitamin C for 17 days in a row. I took other supplements but nothing OTT like the vitamin C (all within recommended dose) . I googled oxalate nephropathy. Was taking meloxicam 15 g NSAID for 12 days prior to 14th April. Stopped taking the vitamin C at beginning of April. Have been feeling slightly nauseous for the last 3 weeks with low appetite. On 14 April I checked into A/E: Creatinine 1.06 and GFR 72 mg/dl, potassium 4.04 sodium 133 mmol/l . Doc said all is good, maybe gastritis from all the stuff. Now at end of April, the nausea is still there but not getting worse. By the way I had a severe case of 3 months of anxiety disorder 3 years ago. Severe nausea, much worse than now. Last week I went to another doc he did urine analysis dipstick and said all is OK - no protein or blood. I also do dipstick weewee daily myself and no protein. Can I relax now?. I heard oxalate nephropathy can take so time to kick in, but a month has now passed. No itching or swelling of limbs, no back ache. Can I stop panicking. Thanks in advance

that's great the no itching or swelling and good news. the nausea is awful.

ask the doc for anti nausea meds if appropriate until the reason for it is is found .Could nausea be a side effect of meloxicam. it raised my blood pressue so I quit taking it.

I stopped taking meloxicam two weeks ago- So it cannot be that. Maybe gastritis, maybe anxiety disorder. I am travelling to Frankfurt today to see a kidney specialist on Monday. I am assuming that when he puts my mind to rest my nausea will go
