hey guys

i hope you are well.

I am 27 year old guy and recently been going through several feelings of upset and also confusion.

most of my feelings are mainly self doubt from criticism by others, but to add to that my father has recently received a serious diagnosis due to aging and i dont know how im going to cope with that in addition to all the other stress.

thanks for any help and advice im really worried and upset.

Believe it or what you are experiencing is perfectly normal, its actually good for you, where some go wrong is when they worry too much which can lead to negativity and self doubt to an extreme, we must always doubt ourselves thats what creates challenges for us to overcome, to not doubt yourself is fine as well to a certain degree however you are likely to be overconfident which could lead to arrogance and disengagement from reality, doubting yourself shows prudence and someone willing to learn. This does take drive without drive the negative effect takes place and things you worry about start to own you. What i recommend to inspire you is memories , think back to a moment in your past you were really nervous and doubted yourself ( eg a maths test , injections ) absolutely anything and remember how you overcame ( whether you prepared and devised a strategy or not is irrelevant at this stage ) its the feeling you experienced. , rewarding feeling and accomplishment you must embrace at this stage always remember that moment and that will give you drive. YES U CAN
