Very worried: Need advise: Herpes in eyes due to spit?

Hi Guys,

Today my friend with cold sores spit on my eyes accidentally while talking. Just a small drop though. Will this cause herpes in my eyes? Very worried 😩 Pls advise.

    Hi Rahul,

    ?Yes it is possible to contract the herpes virus through saliva.  I recommend seeing your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
