Hi I know how you feel. My symptoms started December 2015, all tests scans etc VN diagnosed paid for vestibular therapy and gradually life has returned to much better.
Some weeks it's a distant memory but then it rears its head for a short while again . Never as bad as in the beginning but yep it's still there. Some doctors will say anxiety causes it but I say IT causes the worry and anxiety. I believe you because I know exactly how you are feeling

I really wouldn't worry too much. Easier said than done I know. If you had anything more sinister you would have had further symptoms by now. I am a nurse and I still worried myself silly.my GP did anMRI because I pushed for one and it ruled out any nasties. Hearing test was fine so no Menieres. As you said yourself the symptoms aren't as bad as at beginning but if you are like me as soon as I have a slightly off day I worry it will come back then the worry makes me worse etc etc.
take care

Hi I'm a little confused. MRI done appointments with specialist otologists , they say VN can return at any point , probably not as bad as in the beginnning. Are you saying this is not the case?

Hi Tony
I've been dealing with constant lightheadedness off balance head pressure headaches ; naseousness. I've had MRIs seen ENT blood work hearing test equilibrium test and everything ok just saw third neurologist and he said vestibular disorder. He gave me excersices to do at home and prescribed Zoloft. It hasn't been easy ..i woke up today and I was dizzy..i got panicky and anxiety kicked in..fast heart ..you name it. I had to tell myself I'm ok relax . I calmed down but like I said I always feel this swaying ..motion sickness ..unsteady on my head . It's hard .. I push myself to work but believe me I want to stay home and be in bed ..but I need to work . I know the Zoloft is probably making me feel even more dizzy .. I know that's one of side effects ..but I've read to hang in there it gets better ...praying it does

Have you been asked to do or tried doing any Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy? I've had VN for 18 months now and i started doing them about 2 months ago and so far feels like it is helping with my symptoms, which are same as yours.
