    Thanks for sharing this, its very interesting and helpful.  I will be sharing this with my psychologist in regards to my anxiety.

    thx Ruth, good points that I have seen touched on elsewhere, nice to know I should have got anti virals and steroids instead of 'don't worry it will go away'  It did not!
