How do you fellow migraine sufferers cope with the dizzy spells from the headaches?

    I take preventative propranolol but when the migraine vertigo strikes, I take 0.5mg klonopin and an advil. The klonopin is really the only thing that helps the dizziness for me.

      I will let you know. I think I am getting them the 1st wk of Aug. CAn't stand the spaced out feeling.
