Vestibular migraines chat

Hi, really keen to hear from anybody who has or is suffering from vestibular migraines. I'm really struggling at the minute with the diagnosis because some of my symptoms are very odd. I'm being fobbed off with anxiety too which I don't think is the case. I'd just be really grateful to hear from people in the same boat because at the minute I feel like I'm in the boar alone and rapidly sinking;

Thanks guys

    I live in Los Angeles and just spent 10 days as an inpatient at Cedars Sinai for vestibular neuritis with excruciating headaches. The headaches are what kept me hospitalized for so long in addition to the zero balance and vomit inducing vertigo. But so many Drs said they couldn't understand the headaches. I know now these are VMs but at the hospital no one mentioned. I've lost 85% of my hearing on the left since sept 17th and while my headaches are lessening they are still persistent and debilitating. I had two Lumber Punctures and 4 MRIs while I was there. It's been a lot in 3 weeks to say the least. I do have several non specific autoimmune issues plus Hashimoto's so this may be an autoimmune flare. I've started tympanic steroid injections now to try and recover hearing while taking a high dose prednisone course, Percocet, Xanax and Zofran. Ugh.
