Vestibular Neuritis and Labyrinthitis

Considering that I have more off balance and dizzy feeling in last 2-3 months, what are chances that I may have Vestibular Neuritis and Labyrinthitis? Although I have these symptoms since last 2 years, those were light and I was able to perform my daily activity without compromising my quality of life. I would say its severity has been increased by at least 5 times with some new symptoms like headache and blurred vision in last 2-3 months. I heard these are viral infection and short term? Is it possible that it may trouble you for months or I may have got this in last 2-3 months? Experts, Please advise. My hearing and ENG test were normal 3 months back, should I repeat these again?

Mine got real bad 6 weeks ago. Til then i had a handle on it. Now I can't do anything. VNG shows my left ear is now way worse. Right is way sensitive. First ENT said he didn't think it was menieres. Now he thinks it might be. Go to primary in a hour to get referal to a neurologist.

Is your headache similar to migraine (half the head involved, photophobia/phonophobia, visual auras, moderate pain)?
Although your symptoms seem to be worse, is it episodes that you are having, or is it continuous for 5 months?

I've seen an ENT. He sent me to a specialist. The specialist said my tests were all normal except some hearing loss in my left ear. That ear is always ringing and feels full. He's sending me to a neurologist. I have been off balance for 3 mos and had a very bad vertigo episode that landed me in the hospital. Cat scan. Vestibular therapy that did nothing. I'm wore out. Any suggestions?

About where i am. I'm at 6 weeks. Started therapy. Being refered to a neurologist. Had a MRI with contrast done. Hearing test. VNG testing done. Been dealing with it off and on for 10 years. But this time its not getting better or going away. Dizzy 24/7, getting vertigo 5 times a day or so. Had several cats scans done in the past. Blood work, ekg, etc. Nothing found. Suspected menieres.

I'm not sure. I know its not a lot of loss. I think its because of the constant pressure and fullness.

I don't have it. I will have to have them send it to me. Are you in the US? Where is your office? I live in Ohio but am moving to Florida. Thought I could see you as a doctor. You seem to care about us.

Headache is something new, I got it since lat 2 weeks. I would say I have constant symptops but some time its severe for 2-3 hours. Headache is mainly on front part above eyes and at the back, feels like originating from neck stiffness.
