Look up Mal de debarquement, MDDS, which will explain.

How did the symptioms start?  What is your vertigo like (rotarory/round a circle or linear/up,down)?  What medications have you taken so far?  What tests have you done and what were the results?  Did the doctor check your eye movements in the light and in the dark or in bright light?  What type of doctor did you see?

I was very "sea sick the entire trip"  and  just never really regained my "sea-legs" back after. I passed out at work about a week after I was home from the dizziness, and have not been able to return to work since.

My Vertigo seems to stay kind of merry-go-round like most days. I have only seen an ENT. I will have an ENG this week however.

I finished a course of steriods meds,I am taking Diazepam, and Zofran, all have had little to no inpact on my condition.

      Thank you

I am concerned that apparently the physician did not examine your eyes at least.  Let me know what the ENG shows.
