The two photos (one taken upside down) show a large wart to the right of the clitoral hood. It's not VP. You need to attend a sexual health clinic or see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get checked for other STDs. If you have a partner/s you should also alert them to the diagnosis once it's been confirmed.

Adhari! Does HPV vaccine does any good for women over 30years? Asking in case a guy once treated of hpv warts wants to marry.

Dear mhc,
If she's a 30 year old woman who's been diagnosed with genital warts, the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) will probably help her immune response clear the genital wart virus (HPV 6 and 11) and should also protect her from oncogenic HPV 16 and 18.
If she's a 30 year old virgin, it will protect her against both genital warts and cervical cancer.

I was cleared of HPV. So I want my partner whom I haven't slept with yet to get the vaccine to protect herself. Does that mean if I get the vaccine Gardasil it might aid me to an extent prevent reoccurrence and reduce my transmission rate? Thank you!
