By the way, I noticed this the same day I had sex. Not after a week

I'd definitely get it swabbed and tested at a clinic. To me it doesn't resemble herpes as they are usually flat ulcers but I couldn't be sure. Have you got a gynae clinic you can get to?

What about genital warts? I've been doing research all week and cannot seem to find anything similar to it. It doesn't hurt or anything anymore. I'm not able to go get tested this week but I will next week!

what i see is that you have v.p and hpv,not herpes(those white ones, although the shape of them is looking more like v.p not warts)

Is a swab test or blood test better?

They might do both and a full panel of tests. For herpes I think that a swab is better if you have active sores because bloods can be unreliable as the antibodies take time to build up in your blood

Hi so it all ended up going away slowly on it's own but I just got tested a week ago (urine ans blood test) and got my results. Everything came out negative! So I have no idea of what it might have been.
