i noticed some growth on the left side of my labia minora and on the lips about eighteen months ago. that was before i had any sexual intercourse. they' re individual growths . today i noticed similar ones on the right inner vulva. i'm worried. is it vestibular papillomatosis?image

How old are you? Most important factor is sexual maturity- people likely to notice these changes during adolescence, from about 14 to 23 years old.

No, they will not disappear and will not get worse.
They are just a normal part of female genital anatomy.
