First off I want to thank everyone for the helpful suggestions and comments. I will definitely be trying some of them. My doctor suggested vestibular rehab. Has anyone tried it and if so does it work.

So hard to believe in these days they don’t have more of a treatment cure to lesson fluid in the air. Depresses me to no end. Let us know if it works

I recently completed vestibular rehab.  I highly recommend it for any person with vestibular (balance) problems.  My session was one hour per week for 8 weeks.  Therapist will have you learn and practice eye movements that will improve both your balance and help eliminate the dizziness Meniere's patients often feel between vertigo episodes.  The patient will need to do the eye exercises EVERY DAY between rehab sessions.  The rehab itself is quite benign and the exercises are easy to do.  I'm sure you will find the rehab experience/results positive.  It's a great help and should make your life better after completion.
