Vestibuldynia and LS

I keep having new questions come up. My specialist appointment is in 7 days and i’m nervous and not sure what to expect. i have a few questions for you ladies... should i request a biopsy? (if you haven’t seen my other posts i have been dealing w tearing in fourchette after sex, on and off itching, burning that extends to back end, etc) If anyone could give me their experience that would be great. Also, anyone suffer Vestibulodynia as well as LS? i have constant burning and redness in the vestibule. Burns so bad i could cry if i touch it with a cotton swab. Wondering if that could occur with LS as well. thank you guys, just want my appointment over with!

Hi I also have this and have the redness and soreness and also ulceration symettrical to either side at the fourchette. when i was tested I thought they had used a pin the pain was so bad i couldnt believe it was a cotton bud. I also have L S but im not sexually active. So yes you can have both. Before L S i never had this. I had a biopsy but it was inconclusive which is common with out condition. The burning is horrible also. x
