Vibration or buzzing internal body after covid

I have this internal buzzing vibration 24/7 ever since I got covid. Sometimes it feels electric in my body. Doctors can't find why this is happening. Tingling, burning sensation also. Has this happened to anyone?

Omg! I’m so glad you have posted this, I am having this, it’s obviously giving me extreme anxiety! I had Covid at the end of November and I’ve had it since, doctor hasn’t seen me but says it’s my anxiety.
It’s like my arms are vibrating all the time when I’m sat still my legs do it also even my feet are feeling these weird buzzing vibrations. I’ve convinced myself I’ve got Parkinson’s or ALS but I have only had this since Covid, I’ve noticed I shake aswell im only 27.
I also feel little burning sensations in my legs and feet, do you get this to? X

Hi it's been crazy last yr and now with this stupid vibrations I also thought I had something major wrong. Been to the neurologist he says he had seen other patients complain of same. Does urs also feel electric? I get burning feet and palms too. The one doc also told me it's anxiety... For me it's whole body inside vibrates.

I started having this after I got Covid, about 14 months ago. Since then I've had random muscle twitches all over the place and some sciatic pain, and now I've convinced myself I'm dying with ALS. I've been to my GP 3 times, seen a neurologist, did blood tests 3 times, and they all dismissed it as anxiety, or it happened because of covid, but they are not sure. I have extreme health anxiety so I can see why they would say that. I also had very low vitamin D levels...
What has been helping is the fact that the tremors and the twitching frequency diminish and sometimes even vanish for a few days/weeks, before starting again, so there's a part of me that believes I may not be dying with ALS. I promised myself I would stop researching about this condition, so I can't really confirm my theories, but it help me manage my symptoms and overall I feel a bit better.
I'm 27, female, and no family history of neurological disorders of any kind.

The buzzing or vibrating feeling you’re getting in your legs is not a symptom of ALS.. I get those sensations with my anxiety and the neurologist told me that with ALS you don’t get any sensations like that. it’s not a sensory disease. So you would not feel vibration or buzzing. So you don’t have to worry about that.

it’s not happened to me but it’s happened to a few people that I know who got it after Covid. The idea is that Covid somehow can affect the nervous system in some people. what you are feeling is exactly what I get with the anxiety and stress that I’ve had for a very long time. No doctor could explain that either however anxiety and stress do show symptoms in the nervous system . it’s not harmful, it’s just a weird sensation.
your sensations may eventually go away of course nobody knows anything for sure but the body always wants to heal itself. One thing that is helped me with that buzzing or vibration feeling is eating very healthy and taking B vitamins which are really good for the nervous system. Overall, really take good care of your health! take a good multivitamin, stay hydrated, stay away from sugar and junk food as much as you can because they are an inflammatory agent in the body which you don’t want in the nervous system. Also limit caffeine. Anyway I hope this helps a little bit.
Feel better!

Hi,
I woke up on Monday with that internal vibration!! Very disconcerting! I did not have tremors. Have needles and pins, distorted smell and taste, hives, and now this etc.. (all have happened long after I had covid in January. Anyway, I have done a lot of research. My problem is my immune system and some brain issues. One thing that helps my symptoms is taking an antihistamine. I saw my dr. today and she said that is a good idea to suppress the wild immune system. She suggests one that doesn't make you drowsy, but I sometimes use ones that do. I will try a non drowsy one too. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi. i had covid nearly 2 weeks ago. I got the tingling and buzzing which i get with my anxiety. I has since turned into full on panic attacks too at the thought if having anxiety back. Its interesting that most of us feeling this way have anxiety already and health anxiety. Maybe covid goes for our weak spots?? I am now anxious all the time and also have low vitamin D levels. I am taking my anti depressants along with diazepam and beta blockers. It's hard when covid has left you with mental health issues. A lot easier to deal with physical ones.
