Vibrations in left breast.

Hi. Woke up yesterday with a buzzing feeling in my left boob which went on for most of the day. Not painful but just having this funny feeling going on which lasts for a few seconds then stops, then on again. Still having it today so I have booked to see a doctor this morning as afraid it might be heart related. Anyone else on here had this?

I had this years ago and was freaking out that it was cancer.. I think it was anxiety related or "just a weird temporary symptom" .. It was just a passing thing for me and nothing serious came out of it.

I do have cystic breasts and I also have HASHIMOTOS thyroid disease.

I am having a buzzing in my left breast. Who would think that you could google it!!! I had to chuckle because every comment I have read fit this to a T. I told my husband it feels like a cell phone is on vibrate in my boob. I am a licensed massage therapist and have never in 30 years heard this from any of my clients. I chopped weeds Friday and have been doing lots of Yard work for 3 weeks heavy duty stuff. I was going full tilt chopping and figured I had just caused some tendonitis in my elbow from the pounding with the shovel. my neck has been very cranky too. has anyone on here gotten any answers? I work in a PT clinic and will ask our PT. If he has any wise answers I will share on this sight.

I've been having this buzzing on and off for few days in my left breast, as someone else described it's like having your phone on vibrate, but in your breast. I wasn't worried but I googled it and found this thread. This may not be relevant, but I thought I'd share, I have noticed that within a few minutes of the sensation I burp. Wind is a funny thing, it can cause all sorts of sensations throughout the body, so I'm putting mine down to that.

Hello, I couldn't believe there are so many people having a sensation like a vibrating cell phone in the area of the left breast ! I have had it now for about a week. The time span varies.. sometimes every 30 seconds or so and sometimes 30 minutes or a hour. It is annoying and worries. I do feel a little better knowing I am not the only one!

I've been feeling the very same sensation you have all been describing. Left breast, no pain, just a "buzz" that comes and goes - for the last 6 weeks or so. I'm now sitting in my car after having an MRI and mammogram to check things out. I'm a worrier about this kind of thing - so it's been reassuring to know others are having similar experiences and that this might be something that is more common that I would have thought..

Hi, I'm a Guy and have recently started to feel this too. Scared me to bits! Currently under investigation for cheat pain. Recent CT scan on heart with Radio active Dye. Awaiting those results. Suffered with anxiety for a number of years now. All connected i hope. Stress and PTSD a factor i think. Scary though, also this is mentioned a lot on Fitbit forum, anyone got a fitbit like me? Cant see how this is affecting that though??? Will stay alive and report back soon. Anxiety Sucks big time.

Hello everyone, yes I do woke up this morning with this wired feeling, I really didn't think much about it but it is now 4 pm and it's still going on, yes it will stop for a while and start again. I have been stressing a lot so hopefully it's no more than anxiety. Will make an appointment with my Dr. if this continues. Good luck to us all, praying it's not at all serious.

    Hello

I mentioned earlier about the vibrations in my left breast.

I was checked and there is no medical reason for this. I had a mammogram, sonogram and bloodwork done.

I was told that stress may be the cause.

Yep left boob has been buzzing a couple of years on and off, sometimes intense, other times faint.

Feels quite far back in there.

I'm 48 wondered if it could it be hormonal? Also have benign MS, and on blood pressure meds Losartan, overweight with gastric band fitted.

Anxiety may play a part. Started when I was 46.

May never know. All research doesnt lead back to breast cancer and says probably muscle spasms, like an eye twitch etc.

Thank you for posting this! I truly thought I was losing my marbles! Feeling it once was something I could ignore, but for two days and more frequent, knew I couldn't ignore! I'll mention it to my doctor now and not fear they'll put me in a padded room! I'm 64, and do have some PTSD, new rx, all making sense 😃. Again, thanks!!!!!
