  1. ive had anxiety for the past year and it had taken away for about two months but recently ive been getting panic attacks and feeling like i cant breathe. Right now when i lay down i feel like my legs and back are vibrating or like if they were moving and it is scaring me. i cant sleep and feel it when i lay down. Im scared of death and keep on feeling that something bad is going to happen to me. I dont know what to do anymore and i feel hopeless because everyone says its anxiety but i constantly feel it and get scared if its something serious.

The vibrating feeling in your legs is very common with anxiety. It’s very closely linked to anxiety. I’ve had the vibrating feeling in my legs off and on for a long time. I have a history of stress and anxiety and when I get very anxious I also get the vibrating feeling in my legs. Sometimes I even get it in my head. no big deal. But it doesn’t bother me because I know that it’s harmless and it’s just the nervous system responding to anxiety. It’s not going to hurt you!

I have had numerous testing and they are all normal.

The thing is, if you panic about it and keep thinking about it it’s going to continue .

I have had numerous testing and they are all normal.. I am able to completely stop it when I want to by relaxing my mind , slow deep breathing and often listening to peaceful meditations for anxiety.

I used to freak out about everything I was feeling but then I realized everything got worse because I was basically telling it to by getting upset.

The mind is very powerful! It will do as you say whether you’re thinking positive or negative.

so my suggestion to you is to relax. Take some relaxing breaths and know that these sensations are not harmful.

I am a veteran of anxiety and sensations of anxiety. I know what they feel like and I know what you are feeling. It’s OK. you’re going to be OK.

what really helps is completely changing your attitude and your mindset about this. I basically ignore the vibrating and it ends up going away. Sometimes I laugh at my sensations. Because I know I’ve been tested and there’s nothing wrong. Remember that whatever you focus on in your mind, it will grow whether it’s positive or negative.

this is long but I really wanted to assure you that what you’re feeling is way more calm and then you know. Check out YouTube for some relaxing meditation for anxiety. There are also some great breathing exercises for anxiety. I do these a couple times a day and they are very helpful! Hope this helps a little bit.
