Videoing person with epilepsy without their consent whilst the person is having seizures

Posted , 1 user is following.

I am interested in learning about the rights of people with disabilities especially epilepsy.

Has anyone been humiliated by staff videoing a person with epilepsy having seizures  without obtaining that persons consent?

Do you think it is acceptable?  Normally staff have to seek the persons written consent .

Many thanks
