Same thing happened to be the penicillin gave me a bv infection. I have chronic bv but didn’t have a fishy smell for almost a year. I took my balance complex pills and the smell cleared up within three days. How long has it been like that for? My mom said whenever she takes meds for strep she gets a yeast infection. She said it kills out all the good and bad bacteria in your body which throws your ph balance off. I would take antibiotics for a yeast infection. It should clear it up and the smell should go away.

ive taken balance complex pills with no luck- but heard they work for some - they are expensive kinda what did help me was boric acid suppositories for 21 days inserted vaginally they have to 600 mg you can find them on amazon. stop using tampons. then you need probitics and all the vitamins but honestly speaking of vinegar mixing a small amount of apple cider in your bath can be really helpful
