my 80+ yr old wife needs some type of vision aid to assist with her reading glasses.

She is having difficulty in reading the daily newspaper, especially the smaller print for crosswords etc.

Local health providers have given her a handheld magnifying glass with an inbuilt light. This works somewhat but holding the paper in one hand and her pen for the crossword in the other somewhat complicates the use of the magnifying glass

Can anyone recommend an easy to use different magnification aid that leaves her two hands free.
