Vision and Sleeping problem

Hello everyone,

In brief my menieres symptoms have returned this year after a period of 3 years. Gentamicin injections seem to have helped.

This time symptoms are more aggressive. I cannot read print, watch TV or use laptop / ipad without getting hot, painful eyes and zaps resulting in headaches.

Also new i cannot sleep more than a couple of hours without waking dizzy with accompanying Menieres s low level symptoms.

Anyone else suffer in this way?

    i do get all these symptoms when i spent too much time on mobile specially watching videos, other than that it is going ok. i am in tmj treatment and chiropractor as well.
