    I read online:

    **Fluid Buildup in the Retina

Sometimes after surgery, blood vessels in the retina leak. As fluid collects in your eye, it blurs your vision. Your doctor will treat it with eye drops, and it could take weeks or months to heal. It usually gets completely better. In more serious cases, you may need a steroid shot behind the eye or surgery.

maybe this one of my reason I see not clear and blurry with right one? should I need see retina specialist

In cataract surgery the whole natural lens is removed, with the cataract essentially inside the lens. The natural lens is replaced with an artificial plastic lens. It is not possible for a second cataract to form inside that artificial lens, but in rare cases some lenses can go cloudy. The capsule that holds the lens can get cloudy (PCO) and that is fixed by using a YAG laser. It sounds like you have already had that done in both eyes. Overall your condition sounds like it needs the attention of an ophthalmologist that can determine exactly what is happening.

I agree I was again same doctor who did cataract and he told me its complication because previous RK or dryness....

A YAG procedure is basically cutting a hole in the capsule. I am not an eye professional, but it seems unlikely to me that the PCO could form again once there is a hole in the capsule to see through. I have heard others here talk about making the hole larger in some cases.
