Vision in left eye blocked by something (blood?) after being struck (self-harm).

Let me start off with the fact that I have Tourette Syndrome and that one of my self-harming tics involves hitting myself in the eyes, I have previously been at risk of retinal detachments and have already undergone surgeries for both eyes, including cataract surgery. There was a catarcact build-up as a result of the self-harm besides rifts in the eyes.

3 days ago I had another incident where I hit myself in the eyes repeatedly and my left eye was rendered in the state it's in currently, which is being able can see light faintly, but otherwise I can't see anything other than a lot of dark "gunk" (possibly with a reddish tint overall, I'm not sure to be honest.)

Could it be the result of an eye hemorrhage? Is it blood that's blocking my vision or could it be anything else besides blood? I can't see anything while looking at my eye through the mirror, no blood spots etc. If it's blood, perhaps it's lodged more internally?

Your eye is probably bleeding internally. you need to go to A/E or emergency care ASAP.

It turned out to be an internal bleeding, a misplaced lens AND a detachment of the retina ,

Damn, I really screwed up this time, My eyesight is permanently damaged now,
