Visual disturbance, dizziness, pain in lazy ear and eye

My daughter has had a bunch of symptoms for about a year now. It started with a swimmers ear. The swimmers ear went away with antibiotics. She still has pain in her ear with no infection. She also has pain in her left eye. She has a lazy eye for most of her life. She got a very disturbance in her eye in April. She gets dizzy. Can't walk up the stairs because she gets dizzy. She can get tinnitus in her ear for a minute or two, but then goes away. She also complains of hearing loss for a minute or two then goes away. She has had a few hearing test. All but one were normal but one came out a little bit abnormal. They think her not hearing for a minute or so can be from sensory issues. They usually find fluid in her ear that hurts which is the left one. She had an mri in the summer and it came out normal. My daughter had issues when she was younger but when fine for a couple of years. When she was younger she had sensory processing disorder. We thought she was having seizures but eeg came out normal. I have not seen any jerking in years. Was ill, not sure why then got better. Can anyone help me out on what is going on now.

Thanks

Does she drink plenty of water for dehydration? Has she seen an ENT specialist for her ear and a neurologist for her dizzyness?

Yes she does drink water. She has seen an ENT many times and has seen a neurologist. The neurologist gave her an MRI. Her pediatrician has been helping her with her dizziness. She was diagnosed with vertigo .

These are a few diseases from p[arasites you can get while swimming in lakes and creeks. They affect the ears and body. GUINEA WORM, SHISTOSUMIASIS, CRYPTO AND GIARDIASIS , a very common but deadly one. My friend had the Giardiasis and was very hard to detect until she told doctor she swam in a creek. Was pretty sick for some time. Check this on line by pulling up parasites in lakes and creeks. Parasites live in the lining of your stomach. Not sure about the ear. Have you seen a Nose, Ear and Throat specialist? Don't give up.
