Anxiety can cause a host of issues, headaches and migraines are common for me and a lot of visual disturbances can be attributed to headaches. I’ve had ocular migraines, unaware if it’s related to anxiety, but it’s caused complete some temporary vision loss/disturbances.

Sometimes I get blurred vision and light sensitivity. I find that my eyes become dry too. Using eye drops has helped with the dryness and deep breathing exercises helps with the blurriness.

    Hope this helps xx

Yes , I find it takes me a few mins to get my focus in the morning, it’s really fuzzy, also sensitive to bright lights , and feel things can be blurry sometimes.

    Hope this helps

Yes, I’ve had floaters since my twenties when my anxiety symptoms began.

They are harmless and my eyes have been  healthy for over 30 years. I have a sensitivity to light and have had flashes many times.

Have you had your eyes checked?

Anxiety and stress can cause visual disturbances.  Mine were caused by anxiety over a long time.  People who get migraines Also have visual disturbances.  Try to manage your anxiety if you have it.  I spoke to a counselor which helped.

The floaters never went away 100% but the brain learns to ignore them over time.
