Visual Disturbances & Tinnitus/Positive stories please!

Hey guys! My vision symptoms started as increase in floaters/after images, check out by eye Dr, all clear. After continuing to have anxiety I now have, flashes that look like static flashes in the day/lightning streaks at night. GP said my vision symptoms and constant tinnitus are caused by chronic stress. Since then I now have scotomas/starburst/halos/kaleidoscope vision.

How can this all be anxiety? Can anyone relate? Now seeking help for anxiety issues. Thanks in advance for replies.

    The last 12-18 months my eyes have got worse, used to have 20/20 vision, its like what they call snowy vision with after images, I have also developed tinnitus over the last 12 months, on top of that I have sour taste and sticky saliva constantly, have nausea and racing heart sometimes throughout the day. Sometimes if I have a nap some weird things go on around my sinus area.

    I have all sorts of tests done and everything is relatively fine.

    All very frustrating when you don't know the cause
