Vitabiotics Wellwoman... Anyone else tried these?
Posted , 6 users are following.
I've just bought these last week Vitabiotics Wellwoman original then after I bought them I read the leaflet and seen that I could get the ones called 50+ so I will get them next month if I feel they are working. Has anyone else tried these and found a difference or am I wasting my money? I don't know what I may be lacking in but thought give them a go anything to feel better so to speak!😉 thanks ladies xx

I'm on to my second pack, but I'm still not sure if they are working!
For the first few days I thought they were helping me at night but now I don't know.
I always thought that if they didn't help me get a restful nights sleep, that at least I'm receiving a good vitamin with plenty of B!
Last week i went to GP to ask for blood tests to determine if I am deficient in any vits or minerals but apparently they can't do those tests? So she's checking my thyroid, and any other organs!!!
But, like you, I'm self diagnosing hoping to find a miracle cure.
I do find it very frustrating when our GPs aren't open to or have any knowledge of alternative natural remedies.
I have just bought the Wellwoman vits for my 25yr old daughter as she has a few health issues.
It just seems we have to learn through trial and error as our Drs are of little help with even basic vits!
Good luck...any natural ideas for insomnia very welcome! J

Few years ago ,my local surgery ran a Wll Women Clinic every Wednesday ,well attended by all accounts ,ran by the nurses 2 ,then all of a sudden it stopped ,hey cost to much for the practise so I was told .So women left on there own again .How can it be not cost affective ,as it frees up a drs time ,think a nurse is a good first port of call ,then if needs be she can then refer patients on to seeing a Dr .Made sense to me .
Think it's sad seeing all these meno problems ,and women don't know where to go .More needs to be done .That goes for many other health issues besides meno .Im lucky in that it's just now me and husband who's considerate ,but for women still raising there kids ,it's got to be difficult .Yes it's got to affect families .think a female Dr in a bad meno ,would be the only ones to understand the whole meno picture and it's on going problems that come with it .it affects the whole you .😁

I occasionally supplement some extra Vit D+Calcium.....when I remember!
A 1-a-day pill is fine for me as hate taking meds regular - possibly why I always opted for IUDs:-) !
Even though my sleep is disturbed thats not necessarily insomnia - more up peeing up to 4-5 times a night! The'Night' one doesn't appeal - I don't have o jump out of bed at 6am anymore so lie in a not. Thankfully I never feel tired during the day.
Maybe give the Menopace a try as probably more tailored to our needs at the mo. I'd also consider dropping my extra Vit D etc if I thought the 'Oesteocare' is better for me.
But think we could take SOOO bloody much at this time but you can over-do it. Maybe my 1-a-dy is fine for me!
