Vitamin B vitamin E and zinc!!!

Hi, I read that people with LS may have lower levels of vitamin B, E and zinc. I went to cvs and bought  B and E in liquid form. I put them both in one bottle and every morning and every night I rub it all over down there. And i take a zinc pill evey morning with breakfast. I AM SO HAPPY

I am 28 and have had LS for 5 mths now. 2 weeks ago I had sex with my hubby (and it was quick about 10min) and cried afterwords because I ripped and was bleeding. So the next morning I went out and bought all the vitamins I stated above....and last night I had sex for 45 min and it was great smile I know we are all different in this, but it worked for me. Try it!!! Has anyone else done this.

I totally understand about the 14 month old! Sounds like a reasonable explanation of the color change too.

I plan to try out your regime...what can it hurt?

Are you in the US or UK?

Are you in UK Lisa? The reason I ask is because I have not seen Vitamin B Complex in liquid form before.  I am wondering if it will be available in my local health shop.  I am going to try this as I need something that will help!

Hi Ann, It is available online, just think of the South American river for one.  Also, a high street health food chain have it, I believe.  Some people find it difficult to take pills, so it is becoming more available.

This sounds amazing...could you tell me is it just a vit B complex and do you mix it into an oil?

    Hi Lisa,

What's the latest update? Still holding with good results?

I haven't yet purchased the mixture you recommend, but I would love to hear an update from you.

    Thanks,

Hi. Just giving you all an update. I'm still following the same routine. And I feel really good.  Has anyone tried this!!! My dr was so impressed how good I looked so she is telling her patients to try this in between flare ups.

Yes, I've been doing it too.  Not sure I've got the combo correct, but it is very soothing and helpful.  Saw my APRN yester who said that if she was just doing an exam on me, she would not even think that I have anything wrong.  I was pretty mild to begin with, but I do feel that this combo is helping.  I'll keep up with the updates too.

    Hey Lisa

I finally got the liquid oils you suggest.........mmmm gorgeous....slight sting at first now lovely and warming! Thank you sooooooooo much!

I actually pulverised the zinc to go in with the oils but won't need to do that again.

Wondered about surgical gloves to avoid the yellow hands?

Thank you Lisa...inspired! xxxxxx love marey xxxxxxx

I've finally received my B12 complex, only seem to find sublingual types, and have mixed the oils, although they immediately separate so mix needs to be shaken before use, but haven't started yet, and will start taking the zinc too. However, in my trawl, I've found that a new thing seems to be B12 for skin!  I've found a cream that includes B12 and Vit E along with what seems to be natural ingredients, and I've ordered it, so will give the oils a go first and then after a while will try the cream and see if there is any difference.  It wasn't hellishly expensive either, which is a factor for me.

I've decided to put the mix on my legs...helps with the colour as so pale !!

But I think I need that nutritional boost so thank you again for the inspired suggestion...its so helpful to have found liquid and good quality versions. Thanks again. Love marey x

I don't seem to itch too much down below since i gave up wheat and gluten!
