hi iv got to have b12 injections anyone had these? and any e effects please?
also my b12 level is 87
and vitamin D level is 19 i know mine are low as got to have injections but anyone if these are these really low or ok low

experts say that B12 levels are considered low when they are below 200 ng/ml.
doctors say vitamin D levels should be between 20 and 40 ng/ml . other experts recommend a level between 30 and 50 ng/ml.
