Vitamin D deficiency

Can anyone help me please. I went to the doctors a week ago as I had begun with aches and pains in my back, neck and shoulders, these pains occurred with pressure pains and shooting pain in areas of my head alongside tingling hands and feet. I had a blood test and it came back that my vitamin D levels are very low. I've read that low vitamin D can cause bone and muscle pain but is this likely to be the cause of my head pains? They are not constant they come and go for a few seconds. I'm otherwise a healthy 23 year old female with no other health complaints. I did however have a meningioma in infancy which was successfully removed - this is why I'm so worried about the head pains I am getting.

Many thanks.

    Hi,

I had pains everywhere especially in my neck and head, so could be the vitamin d deficiency, however if you are concerned, I would speak to your doctor just to be on the safe sideĀ
