Vitamin D Deficiency and too much Multivitamins?

Hi everyone,

As some of you know I have low vitamin D. I been treating it with D3 since joining this group. For about a month I’ve been taking multivitamins as well. I did have someone say don’t take them you are getting too much b12 and stuff you don’t need. My dr wouldn’t redo my blood work so I found one who will and I see her tomorrow evening. My reg dr isn’t in today to ask but to the point my bloodwork came back and I’m scared. My b12 is super high my lumps and folc acid or folate I think it’s same is also high. And UIBc I know that t can mean luekemia or liver disease but my CBC is normal and my liver function is too so is this just from taking the multivitamins and getting too much of what I don’t need. Will the levels go down on their own? I’m so scared today I wish I never looked at the bloodwork until the dr appt.

Stop taking the multivits and be patient until your appointment!

The most common reason for a high UIBC is anaemia - so stop scaring yourself.

My iron was not ehigh tho. That part was low. I will not be taking anymore multivitamins. I just didn’t know what it all meant but thank you. I am so miserable with pain and dizziness and I just wanna feel better. Thank you all.
