Vitamin D indigestion reflux gastritis

Did anyone had any of these problems after taking megadose of VitaminD? How long did it last?

    First of all you need to explain what problems you're having in order to get an answer other than reflux

      I wrote my symptoms in the title: indigestion, gastritis and worsen reflux. I tried to be as short as possible. 

      After I took 25000IU dose, my reflux worsened so much that I need to take 60 g of lansoprazole daily (30 should be maximum). I have pain in the stomach, indigestion, constant horrible nausea, lost of appetite ...

    I also take 5,000 mg of vitamin D3 every single day and it shouldn't cause those kind of problems if you're having reflux

    If your taking vit D3, you have to take vit K2 to make it work properly, as these vitamins are synergistic.
