Vitamin D level, Low Ferritin

Hello there.

I've been under the treatment: I had a Vitamin D defiency, also ferritin; and also thyroid.

In one month, my 25 Hydroxyn Vitamin D has been increased to 72.74 ng/mL (from 5.76 ng/mL) my ferritin (4.54 to 5.74) levels only got one point higher, hemoglobin levels are also increasing, so i am continuing on taking iron supplements again.

Does this mean I got Vitamin D toxicity or this level is considered normal? Because sometimes I am losing my apetite and there is a weird sensation between my chest and throat; feels like i am gonna cough but i am not. This is sometimes happening

Also.. my folic acid (7.10) and B12 (243) vitamin are in grey areas, I am taking another B vitamin supplements for it too.

Hi you need to see your doctor and take their advice on this.  x

I agree with hypercat - check in with your doctor to discuss these supplement doses and matters relating to your current levels.
