I’m so sorry to hear you are having these symptoms. I too suffer from vitamin d deficiency and I have awful symptoms. I do not have MS so I can not relate there but I would make sure you find someone that can treat this and takes it seriously. I was healthy until 6 months ago. Ever since I have had pressure in my head neck pain headaches tingling in my legs and anxiety heart palpitations and nausea sometimes. My hair is thinning and I’m depressed. All from the low vitamin d. I was in vitamin D2 50,000 iu weekly for 5 weeks before I learned that I needed to be taking D3. So I just started in it 5-6 days ago. So far no improvements but I know it can take weeks or months to improve. Keep us updated hun. I hope you feel better soon. I hope all of us suffering from this do.

Many patients with a lot of very different autimmune diseases have low vit D - it is a common symptom and doesn't mean it is MS or any other really nasty illness. If they suspect MS at any point there are special tests that identify the damage to the nerves. When they find low vit D they start by sorting that out to see if it helps - it is easy, doesn't take very long and it may save a lot of very complicated tests.
If you are worried about possibly having MS - tell your doctor you are scared. Don't just suffer in silence.

Unfortunately my Dr isn't very helpful in fact I'm sure he thinks God its her again with all her invisible symptoms 😕

Another doctor maybe? Most autoimmune disorders are invisible - so she'd better get her act together!
All the best
