hey hope
thanks I was suffering with really bad constipation. I took some detox pills and my poo was coming out big! which has now led to anal fissures and piles:(
I've been taking natural fibre which has regulated everything.
I feel stressed about my itchy bottom and tear as its come back:(

Magnesium really helps with constipation! And lots of fruit, veg, oatmeal and flaxseed 😃

For me personally, I was told by a doctor to take magnesium glycinate, so I've been on that.
