Vitamins which help with menopause

Hello ladies. I am now 4 yrs into peri. I come back on here from time to time and would like to share some vitamins which helped on my journey. I know a lot of you are new here so i would like to be of some help.

Vitamin D

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B6

Calcium

Magnesium Citrate ( helps with bowl movements, constipation)

Magnesium -Threonate depression

Magnesium Glycinade Relaxation

Magnesium Taurate Muscle pain, nervous system

Probiotics gut health a must. Gut is our second brain.

Omega 3

Vitamin C

Vitamin A

Turmeric for joint pain inflammation

Collagen Skin wrinkles joint

    hey hope

    thanks I was suffering with really bad constipation. I took some detox pills and my poo was coming out big! which has now led to anal fissures and piles:(

    I've been taking natural fibre which has regulated everything.

    I feel stressed about my itchy bottom and tear as its come back:(

      Magnesium really helps with constipation! And lots of fruit, veg, oatmeal and flaxseed 😃

      thanks Cat, 8 tried fibre but it made my poo really big!

      I actually took magnesium for a week and it gave me good sleep.

      Can I take any magnesium? I've got some really good quality one which is a natural source

      coming off long term codeine certainly helps with constipation gee whizz haha x

      For me personally, I was told by a doctor to take magnesium glycinate, so I've been on that.

    alot of those i cant tolerate now but thank you, and everyone please look for vitamins with no dangerous fillers x
