Vitimin D levels

Hi. I'm having trouble understanding my Vitimin D level. I had a blood test from my GP as I have PKD and asked for my D levels. now the results say: Serum Vitimin D level (XE2e7) 108 nmol/l and the guide is between (71 - 200) they said that is ok. but is this test the same as a 25 hydroxyl serum test? im confused, because everywhere says that is the correct test to get but mine says just serum vit d XE2e7 whatever that means.
